Our values are an inherent part of Mooza’s culture. They were created with the idea of providing our employees with a friendly and respectable workplace. Our company is not a place where you will only find our values printed on the walls. They are visible in our day to day life – in the way we treat our Clients, each other, and most importantly in this case, candidates.


Mooza’s Recruitment Team works hard to make sure that candidates interviewing for jobs get the best sense of our company culture which is represented through out values. Therefore, we apply our company values to every stage of the recruitment process.

We expect authenticity from our candidates and in exchange we offer trust. During the interviews, you will be encouraged to ask questions. From our side you can always expect honest answers regarding the details of the position you applied for, our company culture, and anything else you may be wondering about. The truth will always come out, so we don’t believe in sugar-coating any details.

We treat the interview process as an equal playing field. Our Recruiters and Hiring Managers do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable during this challenging process. We believe that recruitment is a two way street. This means that you can expect us to give you feedback, and we will ask you to do the same. We care, personally

We understand that sometimes life likes to take its course. There are certain situations which we cannot predict. In these events we show compassion and discuss all possible solutions with the candidate. Also, we are always aware that there is another human on the other end of the Zoom call. Keeping this in mind, we try to conduct the recruitment process in a way that will be the least stressful as possible for candidates. Our main goal during the interviews is to get to know you as a candidate and make sure both sides will be benefiting from our potential collaboration.
